The Vimukthi Club of Holy Family College of Education for Women organised an Anti Drug Awareness Rally and a poster making competition on 22 September 2026 in the Koduvayur community. Student teachers took part in the rally to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promote a drug free society. The posters made in the competition were displayed and used during the rally to convey anti drug messages to the public, and first, second and third prizes were awarded to the winners. The programme raised public awareness and built the student teachers' creativity, communication, teamwork and social responsibility, in line with the Vimukthi initiative's aim of strengthening awareness against drug and alcohol abuse.

Student teachers of Holy Family College of Education for Women, Koduvayur, organised twelve anti drug awareness programmes in schools across Palakkad district, led by the Vimukthi Club. They were held as part of their internship, around the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (26 June 2026), under the theme "For a Drug Free and Empowered World." The activities included an oath taking ceremony, an awareness class, a quiz, and poster making, slogan writing, essay and pencil drawing competitions. They were conducted for Class VIII and IX students, and each was initiated by the concerned student teacher with the school's support. On 14 January 2026, Holy Family College of Education for Women, Koduvayur, conducted an awareness class on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the AV Room for 99 participants. The session was designed to familiarize students with digital learning platforms, specifically focusing on the SWAYAM portal, and to highlight the role of online certifications in academic and professional upskilling. Throughout the program, students received practical guidance on account creation and enrollment, while learning about the academic validity and flexibility of technology-enabled education. The event was highly successful, with participants reporting increased confidence in navigating online courses and a strong motivation to utilize these digital resources for self-directed learning and professional growth.

The mathematics club organised a class on Vedic Mathematics 'VEDICA' on 08th October 2025 at MMMSBS Koduvayur. Objectives  - Enhance mental calculation skills - Build confidence by making the subject more accessible and engaging - Transform a student's attitude toward mathematics from anxiety to enjoyment    The class included tricks to find the square of numbers ending in 5, multiplying a two digit number by a two digit number, multiplying a two digit number by 11 and multiplying 5 bya number  made of all 9's. After each topic, students were made to do the problems based on each concept presented through placards. The students were gifted for the corrected response. OUTCOMES  - Significantly improved speed and accuracy in calculations among students  - Boosts confidence and reduces math anxiety in students  - Enhanced concentration, memory, and logical thinking in students

Mathematics Quiz Report The mathematics club conducted mathematics quiz at KHSS Kannadi and GHSS Koduvayur on 16th and 18th August 2025 respectively for 9th std students. The quiz covered topics to solve algebraic equations and problems, arithmetic operations, percentages, ratios, and proportions, solve geometric problems including properties of shapes. Mathematics puzzles was conducted at GGVHSS Chittur on 28th July 2025 and mathematics riddles at Karnakiyammam school on 04rth August 2025. Mathematics Riddles included Number Sequences, Algebraic Riddles, Geometry Riddles and Logic Riddles. Mathematics Puzzles included Sudoku,  KenKen and Math Bingo. These activities promoted mathematical awareness, logical reasoning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
